For domestic customers (located in the continental U.S.A), we offer complimentary ground shipping for orders $50 or more. Many of our designs are made to order, therefore please allow 7 business days for your order to be shipped. However, most orders ship within 3 business days. Please be advised that during sales events or national holidays shipping times maybe longer. 

All customers will receive an email once your order ships. If there is any delay with your order due to out of stock items or unforeseen circumstance, we will email you and get you an estimated delivery date. 

We use USPS for domestic shipments unless otherwise requested by the customer. 

For international customers, shipping cost will be calculated based on the location. Please note that international orders are subject to additional shipping charges such as taxes, tariffs, and duties. These charges are not associated with AJS Design Studio, and may be paid by the customer upon delivery.
